These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Namma Circle platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Namma Circle. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to spamming, impersonation, or unauthorized referrals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.
4. Referrals
Referrals should be made in good faith. Referrers are responsible for ensuring their posted jobs are valid and not misleading.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee job placement or successful referrals always. Both depend on your profile, skills, interviews and alignment with the job description.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Namma Circle believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellation requests are accepted within 7 days of placing the order, provided the purchased points have not been redeemed for referrals, even partially.
If you feel the service received is not as represented on the site or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review the concern and take an appropriate decision.
A complete, no-questions-asked refund is available if you do not receive a referral within 30 days of purchasing points. Partial refunds are not available.
Once a refund is approved by Namma Circle, it will be processed within 1–2 days to the original payment method.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Photos and Company Logos
We may display user profile photos on onboarding or sign-up related pages to show real platform participation and support customer acquisition. We do not sell user personal data.
Company names and logos, where shown on the platform, are used only for identification and informational purposes. All rights, ownership, and trademarks in those logos remain with their respective companies.
